Two-in-One Spokes Alignment
We designed the Qiankun hub with two spokes in a single hub hole to reduce weight without sacrificing strength.
- 2:1 lacing pattern in front hub to evens out stress and boosts stability.
- 1:1 pattern in rear hub for balanced power transfer.
These alignment keep spokes secure, improve durability, and make maintenance quick and easy.

Ceramic Sealed Bearings
We chose ceramic sealed bearings to cut friction, increase speed, and resist corrosion. They’re light, heat-resistant, and keep rides smooth and stable over long-term use.
Torque Test
Our hubs are pushed through a torque test of 230 Nm for 52,000 cycles with zero damage, simulating years of real riding.
Spoke Hole Test
Spoke holes are also tested at 600 kgf to guarantee long-term strength and reliability.
